Fall Fancy

Located Southwest of Tipp City.  From Tipp City, take Rt. 571 West to County Road 25A, turn left (South) and travel to Ginghamsburg-Frederick Rd.  Turn left (West) and continue past Peters Rd. and Bard Rd. to Martindale Rd. (almost 3 miles), turn right (North).  Barn is less than ½ mile, before the bend in the road.

This barn has a gambrel style roof, and is constructed of wood and metal.  The owners have been told that it was originally built in the 1800s.  It is currently undergoing remodeling.  Previous owners used the barn to raise animals and storage of feed.  Currently, it is used for storage, play and work areas.
