With a tradition that starts in the kitchen, Viva La Fiesta begins each morning prepping homemade salsas and our famous Queso, which is a must-try. With staples like our Fajitas, cooked with bell peppers, tomatoes and onions served with rice, beans, lettuce, sour cream and tortillas. Our new restaurant menu features “Axolotl Burrito” marinated pork, pineapple, fire sauce, pinto beans, pico de gallo and grilled onion topped with queso sauce. Options also include vegetarian dishes that all can enjoy like “Fuentes Vegetarian” One Chile relleno, mushroom quesadilla, rice and guacamole salad.
