The first two courses feature smaller plates - (#1) pork belly burnt ends with A.M. Scott's Small Batch Bourbon and (#2) apricot chicken thighs with A.M. Scott's Founder's Select Bourbon. The main entree - a steak dinner with bourbon glass accompanied by A.M. Scott's Single Barrel Rye Whiskey. The final course is a dessert - a dark chocolate cream brownie with A.M.
